Terms and Conditions
- You can register for a course either by personal appointment during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 to 12:30 and 14.00 - 18.00) in the Language and Translation Centre SÜz, Garde du Corps-Str 1, 34117 Kassel, or Sign in from abroad by sending a fax with proof that the course fee has been paid.
- Course fees are generally have to be paid before the start of a course either in cash or by bank transfer.
- With the payment of tuition fees a place will be reserved. The application shall be considered binding. If you withdraw before the start the amount paid will be refunded up to a management fee of 50,00 €. A withdrawal after the start of the course is not possible. Already paid fees are not refundable. The same is true for any interruption or termination of the course the participant personal reasons.
- For international applications a cancellation only possible when a grant of a visa from the embassy was refused. In this case, the notice of rejection must be presented in the original, if a cancellation is to be recognized. In this case, the costs incurred by the cancellation, and settled an administrative fee of 50 € of the paid course fee.
- In the event that an advertised course due to low attendance, illness of the teacher, etc. can not take place at the given date, the registered participants will be able to give due notice of the failure of the course. Then there are two options: Either the already paid tuition fees will be refunded, or the beginning of the course will be shifted. You can contact us personally to notify by telephone, fax or e-mail of its decision. A claim for loss of money or compensation are excluded.
- Due to illness of the teacher, public holidays or school internal dispositions failing course days will be rescheduled.
